By accessing or using InfraCanvas ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
InfraCanvas is a cloud infrastructure visualization and management platform. We provide tools for monitoring, managing, and visualizing your infrastructure through a web-based dashboard and agent software installed on your machines.
You must create an account to use InfraCanvas. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
InfraCanvas offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
You may not use InfraCanvas to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit malware, or interfere with the Service or other users. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
InfraCanvas and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
