You may cancel your InfraCanvas subscription at any time from the Billing settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your account will revert to the Free plan after the period ends.
There are no cancellation fees. You retain access to paid features until the end of your paid period.
InfraCanvas subscriptions are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error or have an exceptional circumstance, contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@infracanvas.app and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
The Free plan is available indefinitely with no credit card required. No charges apply to free plan users.
For any billing disputes, contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
