We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, organization details, and payment information (processed securely via Razorpay). We also collect usage data, agent telemetry (metrics, logs from machines you connect), and technical data like IP addresses and browser type.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send service notifications, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
Metrics, logs, and topology data collected from your machines are stored to power your dashboard. This data is accessible only to members of your organization. We do not access your infrastructure data except for technical support when explicitly authorized.
We share data only with: payment processors (Razorpay) for billing, cloud infrastructure providers (AWS) for hosting, and analytics tools for service improvement. All third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Infrastructure telemetry is retained based on your plan (30 days on Free, up to 2 years on Scale). After account deletion, data is purged within 30 days.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), API key hashing, and role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure — if you discover a vulnerability, please report it to hello@infracanvas.app.
We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@infracanvas.app.
We may update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
